# Roadmap

#### Q3 2024:

* **Validate Proof of Concept (POC):** Confirm the viability of the Eager Protocol's foundational ideas and mechanisms.
* **Draft Complete Documentation:** Prepare comprehensive technical and economic documentation to support the protocol's development.
* **Release Whitepaper:** Publish the detailed whitepaper outlining the protocol's architecture, governance, and economic model.

#### Q4 2024:

* **Release MVP on Testnet:** Deploy the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) on a testnet to gather initial feedback and perform tests without slashing being live on Eigen Layer or other restaking platform
* **Iterate AVS and Optimize Structure:** Collaborate with the EigenLayer team in Chiang Mai & Devcon to refine the Actively Validated Services (AVS) and enhance protocol efficiency with the ongoing modifications on SAFU economic model.
* Talks with potential protocol partners and users

#### Q1 2025:

* **Close Partnerships:** Establish strategic partnerships to support the protocol's launch and ecosystem development.
* **Start Fundraising**
* **Close team members**
